Efforts to Serve Your Customers Turn to Congress by Jenny Schiff Featured Blog Those of us who work in the federal government are well aware that our agencies provide the American public with a wealth of information tools and services. Our challenge is to make sure Americans of all types know what we have to offer them. To do this we have to communicate through multiple channels. Let's start with Congress.
Yes they are your agency's watchdog but they are also committed to providing excellent customer service just like you are. Do you see Congress as a way to connect the public with your Bulgaria Email List agency and its services? people who are unaware of the resources we can serve as or who may not have easy access to information or services provided by the federal government. That's the context in which I think about communicating with Congress because they have a direct connection to voters and we view those people in the census as our end customers.
To illustrate my point let’s go back to Angie, the childhood friend I mentioned in my last post. When she was trying to figure out how to apply for a small business loan to open a new salon she might not have known that the census could provide useful data. But she might reach out to members of Congress or regional offices to see if they can help. When Angie and people like her call their representatives or send them a tweet we want to make sure those customers get the exact same services and answers that the Census Bureau provides. Long story short.
